What’s New:
The “Two-Way Messaging” feature is now called “Chat”. (It is still a private
conversation between a staff member and app user, or between two staff.)
Staff Contacts now has separate Email and Chat options.
Chat has an updated user interface that looks like a familiar messaging app.
The complete chat history is always available (including older 2-way messaging history).
If a staff member enables the Allow Replies option for a regular Message sent from the Dashboard,
the parent/student will now see a Reply button.
When they reply, the reply will be in the private Chat, and the message
that they are replying to will be quoted in the Chat.
