Our Privacy Policy is available from the Help screen of any of our apps.
Unless customer requirements necessitate otherwise, our databases only store personal information, such as an email address or phone number, when it is voluntarily provided by an end user, and we do not need to access any private information from school systems.
🇨🇦 Canadian Privacy Regulations
In support of our customers’ compliance with Canadian laws, including provincial Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA), the federal Privacy Act, and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Appazur Solutions Inc. hosts all customer data on servers that are physically located within Canada.
You do not need to provide Appazur with personal information about students. However, depending on the feature set of your customized app, students may enter personal information including:
- name
- email address
- what classes they are attending

Our servers are located in industry-leading, highly-secure data centers in Canada, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. We use Google Cloud Platform’s Montreal, Québec data centre.
