Overview

From the Dashboard home page, go to the Advanced tab and choose Configuration:

Quiet Hours

Messages sent during quiet hours will be delivered when quiet hours end (usually early the next morning).

Notify?

Override the default Message Notify option.

Reply-To Email Address

We recommend that you enter an email address for handling replies to email notifications. If you do not set this, email replies will go to [email protected]. Setting your own email address, such as [email protected] or [email protected], may improve email deliverability, and will be appreciated by your community.

When sending a message, staff also have the option to allow recipients to reply to their own email.

Master Access Code

The Sign Up screen of the app may optionally require an access code. Users cannot subscribe to Classes, Groups, or Schools without signing up.

If you add or remove this code, a new app version will be required. Please contact Support if you would like to start or stop using a master access code.

Hall Pass Destinations

List the Hall Pass destinations that students may choose from.

School/District/Org

Customer/Organization Name:

Ensure the legal name of your school or district is entered correctly.

Notification Label (Msg to All)

This is used in notifications, and is limited to 16 characters.

Site Code for Staff or Student Contacts Import

This code is used for some data imports and must match the data from your SIS.
