Your digital signage is great place to promote your app:
Once the media player and display is set up, you should see an activation code on your display. To activate the display, refer to Add a Display
Design your news/calendar ticker and sidebar content.

To enable this feature, go to Dashboard > Digital Signage > Frame > Default template and select Frame with Ticker. Then for the next option, Ticker source, select Messages.
The Message Ticker shows messages that are typically also shown on the Messages tab of your app.
To add a message:
In the Message's SHOW/HIDE/SHARE section, there are Show in App and Show on Digital Signage options. You can uncheck the latter to remove any items you don't want in the ticker.
In the Sender column, you can see who created each message. If it says "RSS", that means it came from a website post.
To enable this feature, go to Dashboard > Digital Signage > Frame > Default template and select Frame with Ticker. Then for the next option, Ticker source, select Calendar Events.
The Events Ticker shows events that are typically also shown on the Calendar screen of your app. In the Dashboard, go to Calendars and find the calendar(s) where the For column is "Sunnycrest High School".
To add an event, edit the calendar, scroll to the bottom, and enter a new event in the the blank row.
To remove an event, click the X in the right hand side of the page, then Save.
If you have an External Calendar, the events may be synced to your website calendar.
The Headline is text that is shown in Digital Signage, much like the mobile app's Headline feature. If you have an upcoming event or current urgent message, you may now see it shown near the weather in the sidebar.
To enable this feature, go to Dashboard > Digital Signage > Frame > TODAY'S HEADLINE > Show Today's Headline on Sidebar: and select Yes.

You won't often use the Displays page, which is for monitoring and setting up your Digital Signage displays.
Do you have specific slides to show at the gym, cafeteria, front desk, etc.? Refer to Assigning Slides to Specified Displays.
First, see Media Player Setup above.
Then, once the media player and display is set up, you should see an activation code on your display. On the Displays page, click Add, enter the activation code, and click Save.
Wait a few seconds, and then the display should start to show your slides (or a "No Slides Available" screen).
If a display stops working or is accidentally turned off, you don't have to wait for someone to report the problem. You can be alerted. Please contact Support for updated instructions regarding Digital Signage Alerts.
This will give you a preview of what your displays will look like.
The Full Screen button will only give you an accurate preview if your computer screen has a 16:9 aspect ratio.
